Metcalf madness

1,000 interns. 90 cities. 19 countries.

This academic year, 1,000 College students—about one in five—will work in paid internships through the Jeff Metcalf Internship Program. Founded in 1997 by Byron Trott, AB’81, MBA’82, to honor his mentor, Harold “Jeff” Metcalf, AM’53, the program started with just eight interns.

In addition to its exponential growth, the program has expanded geographically, offering internships all over the world. Here are the farthest Metcalf destinations.
